Long Branch, New Jersey: Reinventing A Resort

Tuesday, November 17th, 7:00pm Main
Author, Randall Gabrielan, will present his new book about Long Branch. Gabrielan reinterprets core issues of Long Branch history from its resort period to the present. Highlights include the scrourge of the steamboat, the greed of hotel owners, govermental rancor, cruelty to animals and more. The author examines today's preservation environment and "public" use in developmental issues.

The purpose of the Gates Computer Lab is to provide adults & students with a lab for self-directed learning. It is intended for learning and not for leisure.

Public Fax Machine now available

The Main Library now has a public FAX machine available, for incoming and outcoming faxes, in the Reference Dept during normal business hours. There is a fee for paper and staff assistance. Please inquire at the Reference Desk. Thank you. Public faxes should be sent to 732-870-2013
