Special Libraries
Talking Book & Braille Center
Services are available without charge to anyone living in New Jersey who for any physical reason cannot read regular printed books. Readers served include people with a physical disability that prevents them from holding a book or turning its pages. Individuals with a learning disability that is certified by a medical doctor may also use the TBBC's services.

National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped
Through a national network of cooperating libraries, NLS administers a free library program of braille and audio materials circulated to eligible borrowers in the United States by postage-free mail.
